One number, every teacher
Every post leaves from the school's connected WhatsApp number, whichever teacher wrote it.
Sent from the school's session, never the teacher's account.
For schools
Teachers post homework and notices from their own phone. Every message goes out from the school's number, so parents never see a teacher's mobile number, and changing a teacher changes nothing else.
Parents install nothing. They are already in the group.
The thread
This is the whole journey. There is nothing for a teacher to install and nothing for a parent to learn.
Nothing to install, no portal to remember. She sends one word to the number she already has.
It replies with a link that signs her in. The link keeps working until it expires, and sending the word again returns the same link rather than a new one.
No password. The link signs her in and shows only the classes she is assigned to, even if she edits the address.
Posting to: Class 5 Announcement
Up to 10 files. Max 100MB each. Images, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text, ZIP.
The button reports what is happening rather than going quiet, and the page tells her not to close it.
Uploading and sending. Please wait, do not close this page…
The message is sent by the school's number. It carries no teacher's phone number, so there is nothing for a parent to screenshot and nothing to reply to privately.
The group is the one parents are already in. Nothing to join, nothing to install, no new app icon on anyone's home screen.
This is the part the service is named after.
Class 5 - Parents · 42 members
Nothing is sent and nothing is queued behind her back. The composer says so.
Which teacher, which class, and what happened to it. Nothing is inferred and nothing is lost when a teacher leaves.

Why schools use it
No projections, no adoption curve. These are properties of how the product is built.
Every post leaves from the school's connected WhatsApp number, whichever teacher wrote it.
Sent from the school's session, never the teacher's account.
A post arrives from the school's number carrying the text and the files. No parent ever sees a teacher's phone number.
The school still has every teacher's number, because that is how they sign in.
Reassign a class and the group, its history and its parents stay exactly where they are.
History keeps the name of whoever sent each post.
Sync the announcement groups the school already has. Nothing is typed in twice and nothing is renamed.
Sync from your connected WhatsApp to import announcement groups.
Which teacher, which class, and whether it was delivered. If a parent says they never got it, the school can check.
A post is recorded as pending, processing, sent or failed.
They are already in the group. No install, no sign-up, no new number to save.
There is no parent account in ClassPing at all.
For the school
Connect the number once. Sync the groups. Add teachers. Tick which classes each one handles. After that the work happens on teachers' phones, and the school watches the log.

Plans
Every plan is the whole product: posting, circulars, files, and the log. The ceilings are on teachers and classes, and the clock is yours to choose.
Billed every month
₹499a month
₹999a month
₹1,499a month
Billed once a year
₹4,999a year
₹9,999a year
₹14,999a year
Prices are what the school pays for one stretch of time, whether that stretch is a month or a year. GST is extra. Money moves outside the app — bank transfer, cash, or UPI — and the school's subscription page keeps the record.
How it is protected
A sign-in link works until it expires — 24 hours after it was issued, not 24 hours after each use. Sending the word again returns the same link, not a fresh one.
What is checked is a hash of the link, not the link itself, so the stored record cannot be turned back into a working sign-in. The one copy kept so the same link can be sent again is encrypted, and reading it needs the server's secret.
A teacher sees only the classes they are assigned to. Editing the address in the browser does not reveal another class, and losing an assignment takes effect immediately.
Every post is recorded with its outcome. If WhatsApp is disconnected, posting stops rather than failing silently.
The browser is never trusted.
In their words
Moving everything onto one school number made our communication clean. Parents now trust that every message is genuine, and our teachers' personal numbers stay private.
I send homework from my own phone, but parents only see the school's number — never mine. No more calls at odd hours. Posting with a worksheet takes me under a minute.
The message log is what I value most. If a parent says they never got a notice, I check the log and see exactly what happened. And reassigning a class never breaks the group or its history.
Questions
No. Parents stay in the WhatsApp community they are already in. ClassPing never contacts them, adds them to anything, or asks them to sign up. There is no parent account in the product at all.
No. You connect the number the school already uses, by scanning a QR code or by using a pairing code. Messages go out from that number, so parents see a sender they already recognise.
They never see a teacher's phone number: a post arrives from the school's number. A school can choose to append a teacher's name to their posts, so parents know who wrote one; that choice is off unless the school turns it on. The school still holds every teacher's number, because that number is how a teacher signs in.
You remove their classes and the group, its history and its parents stay exactly as they were. Past posts keep the name of whoever sent them. The new teacher sends one word on WhatsApp to get their own sign-in link.
The composer tells the teacher that posting is unavailable, and nothing is sent. Reconnect from the school's own screen by scanning a new QR code or using a pairing code. Your classes, teachers and assignments are kept.
Yes. A teacher can be assigned to as many classes as you like, and a class can have several teachers. Each teacher only ever sees the classes assigned to them.
Register with the WhatsApp number you will use. We will send a 6-digit verification code to that number, and then you choose a password. Your school starts on the trial plan, and the operator moves it onto the plan you choose.
